The Clock Tower Brew Pub is a unique two-level corner pub with a large patio for summer lounging. In addition to the plethora of standard beers, the Clock Tower is distinguished by a variety of seasonal brews blended in-house, which are displayed on their chalkboard menu.

With new varieties of beer according to season, patrons can whet their whistle with a different flavour every visit. Bytown Brown has acquired a reputation as a good but heavy beer, recommended for accompanying a hearty meal – traditional Guinness drinkers may want to give this Canadian brew a chance. Kolsch is another popular brand. Light and refreshing, a pitcher will certainly quench one’s thirst on those hot summer nights.

The pub itself is a cozy place with an eclectic crowd of all ages. The food, a mix of traditional pub-grub and more exotic dishes, is tasty and reasonably priced. Portions are substantial and filling, allowing patrons to concentrate on more important matters like trying out all of the seasonal brews. If beer drinking fails to hold one’s attention, the downstairs game room should provide ample activities for fun seekers.
